Hello, I'm Matt!

I'm a stop motion animator and filmmaker with a passion for visual storytelling. I studied creative media production while at college (2022-2024), emerging with an all-round knowledge of the video production pipeline and a fine-tuned creative eye.

Since then, I've completed courses with Aardman Academy:    Stop Motion 1 (2024), Stop Motion 2 (2025) and, most recently, Stop Motion Professional (2026). These have finessed my stop motion knowledge and skills, and have helped me gain hands-on experience from top professionals working across the industry. Since finishing, I have continued to animate in my spare time and am seeking work as a runner, assistant animator and/or junior animator.
